 His foundation is in the holy mountains.

 The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.

 Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah.

selah (H) - from 'calah' (5541); suspension (of music), i.e. pause:--Selah.

 I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to them that know me: behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia; this man was born there.

Rahab/Rahab pride, arrogance; the same as 'rahab' (7293); Rahab (i.e. boaster), an epithet of Egypt:--Rahab.; (7293) - from 'rahab' (7292), bluster(-er):--proud, strength.; (7292) - a primitive root; to urge severely, i.e. (figuratively) importune, embolden, capture, act insolently:--overcome, behave self proudly, make sure, strengthen.
Babylon/Babel - confusion; from 'balal' (1101); confusion; Babel (i.e. Babylon), including Babylonia and the Babylonian empire; (1101) - a primitive root; to overflow (specifically with oil.); by implication, to mix; also (denominatively from 'bliyl' (1098)) to fodder:--anoint, confound, X fade, mingle, mix

Tyre/Tsor - a rock; a seaport cit 25 miles south of Sidon

 And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the highest himself shall establish her.

 The LORD shall count, when he writeth up the people, that this man was born there. Selah.
