I have written this page as a place to collect my thoughts and Scripture references concerning the words pride and humility. In today's world, certainly in modern American culture, the word humilty has been denigrated and is commonly seen as inferior to the word pride. Modern man sees pride as a necessity or, at the very least, a vital part of ones sanity.
The words of YHWH seem to say exactly the opposite.
