Restored Israel

Introduction:

This page has Scriptural references that are the hallmarks of the restoration of Israel. Many people think or feel that Israel was returned to the land in 1947. I do not see where Scripture supports that claim. There are a good number of prophecies which detail what will happen and what the Holy Land will be like after the return of YHWH's people to the land. It is these details that I am trying to collect on this page.

28"Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob shall be upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew." (KJV)

13"The envy also of Ephraim shall depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex Ephraim." (KJV)

Ephraim/Ephrayim' jealousy departs.

The adversaries of Judah/Yahudah are cut off.

Judah/Yahudah stops vexing Ephraim/Ephrayim'.

14"Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:" (KJV)

YHWH will bring Israel to Zion.

16"And it shall come to pass, when ye be multiplied and increased in the land, in those days, saith the LORD, they shall say no more, The ark of the covenant of the LORD: neither shall it come to mind: neither shall they remember it; neither shall they visit it; neither shall that be done any more." (KJV)

The children of YHWH will forget the ark of the covenant.

14"Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that it shall no more be said,The LORD liveth, that brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;" (KJV)

In the day of YHWH the children of YHWH will forget about the first (1st) Exodus.

6"In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS." (KJV)

18"I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself thus; Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed to the yoke: turn thou me, and I shall be turned; for thou art the LORD my God." (KJV)

19"Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth." (KJV)

Ephraim/Ephrayim' repents of his paganism.

37"Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely:" (KJV)

16"In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The LORD our righteousness." (KJV)

4"In those days, and in that time, saith the LORD, the children of Israel shall come, they and the children of Judah together, going and weeping: they shall go, and seek the LORD their God. " (KJV)

In those days and in that time, the children of Israel and the children of Judah shall come together.

5"They shall ask the way to Zion with their faces thitherward, saying, Come, and let us join ourselves to the LORD in a perpetual covenant that shall not be forgotten. " (KJV)

The children Israel asks for the way to Zion.

20"In those days, and in that time, saith the LORD, the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and there shall be none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found: for I will pardon them whom I reserve. " (KJV)

No more iniquity found in Israel.

15"The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying," (KJV)

16"Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim and for all the house of Israel his companions:" (KJV)

17"And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand." (KJV)

18"And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou meanest by these?" (KJV)

19"Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand." (KJV)

20"And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes." (KJV)

21"And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:" (KJV)

22"And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all." (KJV)

23"Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God." (KJV)

24"And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them." (KJV)

25"And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children's children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever." (KJV)

26"Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore." (KJV)

27"My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people." (KJV)

28"And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore." (KJV)

Two sticks become one nation in the Land.

Ephraim/Ephrayim' and Judah/Yahudah have one king: YAHUSHUA.

Israel not deflied with any transgressions.

YHWH's sanctuary is in their midst forever.

10"They shall walk after the LORD: he shall roar like a lion: when he shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the west." (KJV)

Ephraim/Ephrayim' comes trembling from the West.

18"And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken it." (KJV)

The house of Jacob becomes a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame.

3"Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain." (KJV)

Zion is called a City of Truth.

13"When I have bent Judah for me, filled the bow with Ephraim, and raised up thy sons, O Zion, against thy sons, O Greece, and made thee as the sword of a mighty man." (KJV)

Judah/Yahudah is like a bow Ephraim/Ephrayim' is the arrow.

10"And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in the LORD." (KJV)

Ephraim/Ephrayim' becomes a might man.

8"I will hiss for them, and gather them; for I have redeemed them: and they shall increase as they have increased." (KJV)

10"I will bring them again also out of the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria; and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; and place shall not be found for them." (KJV)

Ephraim/Ephrayim' returns in great numbers.

11"And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited." (KJV)
