How Many Commandments:

There are 10 Commandments, not 7, not 613. There are also statutes and judgements but their are only 10 commandments of YHWH. These commandments are our covenant rules from YHWH.

28And he was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.(KJV)

13And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone.(KJV)

2And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark.(KJV)

4And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten commandments, which the LORD spake unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly: and the LORD gave them unto me.(KJV)

'For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.'

'Thou shalt not steal.'

'Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.'

'Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.'

The ISR Scriptures References:

#1 "I am YHWH your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Mitsrayim, out of the house of slavery. You have no other mighty ones against MY face."

#2 "You do not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of that which is in the heavens above, or which is in the earth beneath, or which is in the waters under the earth, you do not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, YHWH your Elohim am a jealous El, visiting the crookedness of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate ME, but showing kindness to thousands, to those who love Me and guard MY commands."

#3 "You do not bring the Name of YHWH your Elohim to nought, for YHWH does not leave the one unpunished who brings HIS Name to nought."

#4 "Remember the Sabbath day, to set it apart. Six days you labour, and shall do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath' of YHWH your Elohim. You do not do any work - you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For in six days YHWH made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore YHWH blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart."

#5 "Respect your father and your mother, so that your days are prolonged upon the soil which YHWH your Elohim is giving you."

#6 "You do not murder."

#7 "You do not commit adultery."

#8 "You do not steal."

#9 "You do not bear false witness against your neighbour."

#10 "You do not covet your neighbour's house, you do not covet your neighbour's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, or whatever belongs to your neighbour."

Further Instructions Regarding The 10 Commandments:

'And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.'

'Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.'

'And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.'

'And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates:'

Can We Keep The 10 Commandments:

"5THERE was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth." (KJV)

"6And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless." (KJV)

These verses seem to indicate that it is possible to keep all of YHWH's commandments and ordinances as Zacharias and Elisabeth did so.
